We believe in fostering a joyful and safe environment to support the growth and development of Catholic leaders and their teams. Our coaching methods are centered on building personal connections and tailored to the unique challenges of each individual.
We prioritize team-building and the ignition vs reignition of passion in ministry. Our core teachings focus on the importance of treating others with respect, investing in a healthy team culture, and maintaining integrity.
Our goal is to help our clients achieve sustainable fruitfulness and break down any barriers that may be hindering their progress.
At Huntley Leadership Coaching, we recognize that sometimes Catholic parishes may experience a lack of enthusiasm, low energy levels, or disappointment due to unsuccessful attempts at change.
In these cases, we offer support to Catholic leaders and their teams to help identify and address problems within their churches, with the goal of fostering real and sustainable change within the community. Through coaching, courses, speaking events, consulting as well as our leadership podcast and other digital content, we work with these leaders to inspire and empower them to positively transform their communities.

Huntley Leadership
We believe evangelism and cultivating a Godly culture are fundamental to our mission
and purpose. As such, we approach everything we coach and explore through this lens.
We believe that this is essential to creating a meaningful and sustainable impact in the world.
We help Catholic leaders ensure they understand, create and implement an organizational
structure that unleashes people to take ownership of their areas of responsibility.
This requires learning how to have great meetings, ensuring people are supported in
one on one meetings and maintaining a consistent relationship that builds trust and momentum.
We believe in creating safe spaces for conversations that may be uncomfortable.
We work with our clients to develop compassionate and missional hearts.

This means that our conversations may be challenging and require vulnerability.
We believe that these difficult conversations can lead to real change.
We strive to help people get in touch with their “why” which galvanizes their commitment.
Commitment is the fuel for leadership required to bring about cultural change.
With commitment intact, we work with the Pastors and their teams to help them become
intentional in all they do.
Through this process, we help people not only lead well, but begin to think like leaders day in and day out.
If a diocese or parish is going to become a missional congregation growing in purpose and impact, the leader will need to grow into a missional movement leader.
This means growing in competence, character, and consistency to create organizational trust as you venture into uncharted territory.
This type of leadership brings loss, uncertainty, and has no guarantees. We believe that as a leader commits to personal and organizational growth, transformational change takes place.
Ron Huntley shares about his journey to full time ministry with Fr. James Mallon and bringing the three keys of divine renovation into parishes for dynamic renewal.
